I know all of you have probably heard about this, but it is the BEST time to buy right now!!  First time homebuyers can receive a tax credit of $8000 if they buy a home before December 31, 2009. They claim that on their IRS tax return for 2009 and they do not have to repay it! Sue Peppler, Realtor
