BUYERS MARKET!!

I have been a fulltime Realtor here since 1986 and have to say, this is truly an excellent time to find that dream property!! We have something to offer for everyone now, including acreage, equestrian properties, boating properties, great oceanfront homes, and second home properties!! I feel we have bottomed out and now is the time to get in! Our Gov. Crist has done a fantastic job so far and the insurance prices have consistently gone done as well as our taxes!
