I ran into a potential Homeseller today in my

neighborhood of Jupiter Farms.  They said, "Tell us

some good news!" This was the first time in a long

while that I really had good news to tell them as far

as homes selling and prices beginning to show stabilization.

 At a recent sales meeting at Illustrated, we were told

that several homesellers had multiple offers on the same

home and actually sold for 20K over asking price!! I had

the same experience this week where I had two contracts

on side by side homes with backups waiting out the

contingency period! I have not see that in a long time and

these instances were NOT short sales or foreclosures!

A reason for all to take a breath and smile!
