Good Morning,  I wanted to update anyone who is sitting on the fence now as far as making a move.  I do think we have bottomed in our area now and have not see prices this low since mid 90's.  It is an excellent time to find that property.  Interest rates may not stay low and already seeing them hedge upward even with the Fed taking down the key interst rate. Banks are still lending if you are qualified to buy what you are purchasing.  I already see the market tightening up to where there are not as many homes to choose from now. Our Board at JTHS has seen a 10% increase since last year at this time and this is typically a slower season now.  You can invest your $$ in land instead of the flighty stock market.
