Good Morning! Hopefully all have survived the rath of Hurricane Irene. I am writing this on a Sunday morning so first thing tomorrow morning everyone all over the country can call their Representatives and Senators to ask them to work on this Bill. They are proposing legislation to make it possible to refinance any mortgage that is back by Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac to today's low interest rates hovering around 4%. Right now, they are trying to take into account the job loss, credit and equity loss a lot of Homeowners have suffered, and factor that in so you can refinance their mortgage and keep your homes. It seems to be a win win situation and the housing recovery is what has to lead us into an economic recovery for the entire nation. Ask your self this question, if your mortgage was stable and you knew you could afford it, you may have extra money to spend on other things and stimulate our econonmy that way. It also keeps the market from being flooded with more foreclosures.  It could help people with small businesses keep going because they would still have a roof over their head. Everything the government has done to date, has not worked and has been very short term. Let's get back on our feet America! Please write your resprentatives or call them right away!! This is a good plan finally!!
