     We are full time Realtors that know the South Florida Real Estate Market and have lived and worked here since 1982, coming from Washington,DC., Annapolis, and Ocean City, Maryland.  "Sue" graduated from University of Maryland with a Paralegal Studies degree in contract law and real estate; she also attended school in Leysin, Switzerland and travel extensively abroad.

     Sue is currently  2010 Director for the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Board of Realtors and serves as a liason to the Realtor Outreach Committee.  She is a Certified Luxury Home Specialist and holds a Transnational Referral Certification. She is a member of Womens Council of Realtors, National Assoc of Realtors, and Florida Association of Realtors,  and has a Short Sale Foreclsoure Resource Certification.

Steven O'Neill, her son, has followed in the family business after attending Palm Beach Atlantic University, Palm Beach College, and the Chapman School for Seamanship and holds a License as a Captain. He  also has CRS111-Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource designation We offer our knowledge and experience to serve you and help you with all your real estate needs!
